Description
Join Rochelle Howe, Fitness Trainer with the YMCA, for a Strength Training & Pilates Workout Combo designed for all fitness levels. This guided workout blends light strength exercises with Pilates-inspired movements to improve flexibility, balance, and core strength. Participants should bring a yoga mat or beach towel, as portions of the class will take place on the floor.
